Job Description: We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Finance team in the role of G&A FP&A. This is a highly visible position that requires close collaboration with our G&A teams to drive and manage their operational expenses. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for owning operating budgets, supporting key investment decisions, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will play a critical role in optimizing processes to ensure the efficient functioning of our world-class finance team.
Responsibilities: In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a strategic finance partner for our G&A teams
- Leading the forecast process for our G&A teams and effectively communicating performance against operating plans
- Providing support for reporting and analytics required for financial consolidation and analysis
- Leading and implementing projects to scale our FP&A processes as Twilio continues to grow
- Leading a team of 2 analysts and fostering their professional development
- Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis as needed

- 7+ years of experience in Finance, including team management
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality and accurate work
- Humble, positive attitude, and a team-player mindset
- Experience with FP&A systems and tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, Tableau) and a propensity for automating manual processes
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and procedures
Location: This is a remote position based in the USA. Occasional travel of less than 5% may be required.

Compensation: The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Senior project manager salary based in Colorado: $132,320 – $165,400
- Senior project manager salary based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $140,080 – $175,100
This role may also be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All employees are entitled to health care insurance, a 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
