Role and Responsibility
- Support the development, implementation, and validation of pre-hire assessments at United Airlines
- Consult on the development and expansion of behaviorally-based competency models to enhance talent assessment
- Analyze data from talent programs to gain valuable insights for talent assessment and selection initiatives
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to design assessment and talent solutions tailored to individual workgroups
- Evaluate and provide comprehensive reports on the effectiveness of talent strategies within the organization
- Support continuous implementation and improvements to talent assessment programs for enhanced performance
Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in a master’s or doctorate program in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Ability to synthesize and analyze statistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong active listening and observations skills
- Available for 20 hours of work per week (hybrid work available)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
- Graduate-level education in assessments, advanced statistics, and psychometric theory
