Job Responsibilities at Amex

As an Account Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fraud management and risk mitigation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing fraud management techniques/tools to review existing Checking/Savings accounts and identify potentially fraudulent activity
  • Analyzing relevant data to determine the appropriate course of action and minimize potential losses
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls on accounts while maintaining professional relationships with customers and external banks
  • Identifying fraud trends and contributing to continuous process improvements

Minimum Qualifications

Business Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 7 am – 7:30 pm (MST)
  • Saturdays: 8 am – 4:30 pm (MST)

Salary Range

$20.00 to $24.05 hourly + bonus + benefits
