We are looking for a Global Stock Plan Administrator to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the public-readiness process, making a significant impact after we hit our milestone. The ideal candidate is skilled in building relationships, driving cross-functional collaboration, and possesses a deep understanding of Lime’s operations, goals, and departmental priorities. As a strategic business partner, you will oversee all aspects of stock administration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, HR teams, and external partners to administer global equity programs effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and quality record keeping of equity data on a daily basis.
  • Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding, reporting, and other related items.
  • Assist in successful audits by partnering with SOX Compliance and internal/external teams. Support potential SEC filings, including equity-related disclosures for proxy statements.
  • Communicate with employees regarding equity programs, plan provisions, and ad hoc updates.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for program, process, and procedure improvements.
  • Manage employee trading plans (10b5-1).
  • Generate and review accurate recurrent and ad-hoc reports for Finance, Payroll, HR, and Legal.
  • Prepare for future state processes, such as administering global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), facilitating Qualified and Discounted Distributions, monitoring ESPP limits, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in stock administration, preferably in a multinational publicly traded U.S. company.
  • Strong academic background; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining certification is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with an outsourced equity platform.
  • Expertise in global equity programs and platforms, including regulatory compliance, executing awards across multiple countries, managing equity award types, transaction volume, equity taxation, accounting, and employee education programs.
  • Proficient in Excel and HR systems (Workday experience preferred).
  • Analytical thinker with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive compensation data.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

The anticipated salary range for this position is $98,000.00 – $163,000.00. The final salary will depend on various factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and location of the candidate. Equity and benefits may be included in the compensation package.
