Role Overview
Hims & Hers is currently seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance organization. This remote-based position will report to the Sr. Marketing Finance Manager. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing category P&L, financial planning, strategic finance, systems, decision support, and analysis for category-level revenue, marketing, and unit economics.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst at Hims & Hers, you will:
- Deliver analyses to drive marketing spending decisions, capital allocation, and future growth.
- Develop models to analyze and monitor acquisition unit economics across multiple categories and marketing channels.
- Construct frameworks to evaluate marketing investment ROIs and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set, manage, and optimize pricing across business lines.
- Own revenue and contribution margin forecasts for multiple business lines.
- Be the subject matter expert on the unit economics of your responsible business lines, providing guidance to leadership.
- Create models and reports that distill complex information into actionable business insights.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build automated reporting for effective monitoring.
- Assist in developing P&Ls for new products and assessing their financial feasibility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing up-to-date information, analysis, and insights.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects, financial analyses, and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting.
- Preferred experience in technology/consumer banking or high-growth start-ups/companies.
- Knowledge of online subscription businesses, acquisition marketing metrics, and lifetime value concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Strong strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity.

Compensation Range
Below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for the Senior Financial Analyst role. Please note that the actual salary will depend on various factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and location. We don’t want the pay range to deter you from applying, so consult with your Recruiter for a more targeted estimate during screening.
Estimated Salary Range: $75,000—$150,000 USD
